Perry Snell. Tasked with branding the property, I drew inspiration from the building’s iconic art deco facade, incorporating bold evergreen and shiny copper accents to reflect its unique architecture. The branding complements the contemporary lifestyle of the residences while paying tribute to the area’s historical roots.
